Water Use Reduction

  • Since 2019 we have reduced our water consumption by 66.6% from 90,000 Liters per Month to only 30,000 Liters Per Month by installing Water Cooling Tower.
  • We have Sustained Groundwater levels by 4,000 Liters per rainfall by Harvesting Rainwater.

Waste Generation Reduction

  • We clean up to 20,000 Liters of Hydrochloric Acid Waste Per Month by increasing its Ph level to 7 through our Effluent Treatment Plant and use it for our green Area Irrigation. This also helps sustain our groundwater levels.

Emissions Reduction

  • We purify up to 60,00 Cubic Meters of smoke Per Day through inhouse Air Pollution Control Plant.
  • We produce daily Oxygen requirement for atleast 352 Adults through our 8,824 Sq. Ft. of Green Area.
  • We have reduced our daily CO2 Emission by 82.9% by switching to clean energy from Coal for Hot Dip Galvanizing.
